- Returned merchandise must be returned in excellent, unused condition including all hangtags and original packaging.
- All discounted items are final sale, no exchange, no exceptions.
- Refunds for all returned merchandise will be credited towards your next order.
- We do not accept returns of worn, customer-damaged, laundered, or soiled items.
- There will be no credit or refund for shipping and handling fees.
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be received within 3 days of receipt and reported to our customer service department: bellissima@bellissima-online.com.
